The Chinese Canadian investor and entrepreneur scooped an eye-watering $ 12.2 million. He got it at the exclusive One Drop Extravaganza in Monte Carlo in 2016.
Invited to participate in the event by Guy Laliberte, the founder of Cirque du Soleil, Tsang earned the payout for first place. It is the third-largest payout in the history of the game.
Professional Mustapha Kanit coached the iconic poker player. His guidance clearly worked as Tsang defeated 25 other players to win the tournament.
Jamie Gold
With a surname like Gold, this poker player certainly lived up to his name when taking first place.
The Malibu resident became the first to eclipse the $10m mark in a poker tournament in 2008.
Gold amassed over $12m in tournament winnings with just two ins and 13 in-the-money finishes.

Dan Colman
